How do I get my tickets after they have been paid for?
You are directed to print your e-ticket at home, which shows the seats paid for, and you are required to bring this print out to the event.
What happens if I print it more than once?
Nothing, unless you try to use both sets of tickets! Remember the ticket shows the last 4 digits of the credit card used and lists the seats you booked. You are asked to bring the credit card to the event in case of confusion.
What happens if I lose my ticket printout?
You will be able to reprint it. In exceptional circumstances we will be able to send you replacements
If I book by phone how do I get my tickets?
They will be posted to you and this incurs an extra charge of £1 per package.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
We would advise you via the website and ask you to follow the instructions to reclaim your ticket money. The promoter is liable to refund ticket money to you and we will help in any way we can.
Can I book tickets online or by phone on the day of the performance?
Yes, until the website closes the booking. After that time, tickets will be available at the venue.
