What does it cost me – the promoter?
It costs the promoter nothing to sell through Red Shed Tickets online and by telephone.
Can I track my sales?
Yes, we can set up a regular report of tickets sold to you by email.
Can I link to/from the Red Shed website?
Yes
What savings do I make by using Red Shed?
You save ticket printing and postage, staff costs and credit card/ancillary financial costs.
What do you do for my customers who don’t want to buy online?
We have a phone line available during designated daytime hours.
What happens to unsold tickets on the day of the performance?
Seating plans showing details of tickets unsold can be emailed to the promoter to be sold on the night. Alternatively we can sell for you on site, however this may incur a charge.
Can I access my customers' details for my marketing purposes?
Yes, subject to data protection we can supply you with a list of your customers and their details.
Can you accommodate Patrons and Friends?
Yes
Can you take payments and orders for merchandising for me?
Yes, there may be a charge for this.
We have pre/post performance meals – can our customers book these online?
Yes, if booked when booking seats there is no extra charge to you or the customer.
How does Red Shed make its money?
We charge the customer a booking fee for each ticket sold.
Do you advertise anywhere else apart from the website?
We will be sending out regular E-Newsletters to keep your customers up to date.
What payment system do you use?
We accept all credit cards and debit cards through Worldpay. Cheques can be accepted in exceptional circumstances. We wil always accept cash!
How does the ticket money I get paid to me?
Automatic bank transfer normally on an agreed basis.
What happens if the website goes down?
In this unlikely event, all transactions can be handled through the phone line.
Is it possible for two people to turn up with the same tickets?
No, this system is set up to prevent this happening.
Can you help with my marketing?
We have advanced marketing tools built into our software which will allow you to be given reports in a number of formats to aid your marketing. In addition, we can help with mailings or take complete charge on your behalf. This would incur a fee.
How do you prevent someone printing their e-tickets twice?
We now have a barcoding system which allows us to check the tickets on entry to the event, this allows you to be sure that only those tickets paid for will gain entry.
