- Ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed providing full payment is received.
- All ticket purchases are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please note that the right to cancel or "cooling off period" provided by the Consumer protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets.
- If an event is cancelled by the artist or promoter, your right to redress is against the artist or promoter. We do not have any control over these events. We will not be liable for costs of travel, fares, accommodation, meals, or any other expenses that may be incurred if an event is cancelled/rescheduled.
- In the event being cancelled or changed, we will show such details as we have managed to obtain, and where possible, we may send you an email, but we do not accept liability if we are unable to provide details of cancellations or changes or unable to contact you. It is your responsibility to ensure the event is going ahead before travelling. We strongly advise that you check before making arrangements.
- Accepted forms of payment are credit card (Visa, MasterCard,) or debit card (Switch, Maestro, Solo etc).
- All prices and charges are expressed in pounds sterling and include VAT and booking fee as stated and/or applicable.
- In the event of payment being refused by the credit card or debit card, RST reserve the right to treat your booking as void, and resell the ticket(s) without informing you and/or to claim reasonable costs from you in respect of any loss suffered by RST.
- Tickets are to be printed by you on plain paper. The promoter may also receive a copy of all ticket numbers, purchasers' names and addresses, as a deterrent against fraud. Additional proof of ID and your address may be required.
- RST is not responsible for event postponements or event cancellations of any kind. This includes changes in venue change, event date, event time, and weather conditions.
- RST is not responsible for any loss or damage to the client or their property arising out of circumstances beyond RST'S control including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
- If an event is cancelled prior to the event date and RST has not been required to pass on or has not in fact transferred the Customers' monies to the organiser of that event, RST will endeavour to refund the Customers' monies as soon as practicable.
- If however the customers' monies have been passed on to the event organisers, RST shall have no obligation to refund the Customers' monies until such time as RST has been put in funds to do so by the organiser of the event.
- RST makes no warranties, and specifically disclaims any liability for any services provided by third parties; you agree to waive any liability against RST for the actions, whether negligent or intentional, of any third parties.
- RST ensures confidential handling of all customer data received.
- RST has notified its holdings of data to the Information Commissioner under the Data protection Act 1998.
- In general, we won't pass on your data to anyone not involved in your booking or payment, if you sign up for newsletters, we will provide your details to the newsletter provider.
