What are my credentials?

I have spent all my working life in the entertainment world and have experienced the best and worst of the ticket buying experience and that is why I have set up Red Shed Tickets.

I trained as a singer and percussionist, and have sung both as a solo performer and with groups such as the BBC Singers from Moscow to Inverness. For many years I was an actress in West End and touring shows and now direct a local operatic society and conduct two choirs.

For a number of years I was the Administrator and Productions Manager of Langham Arts. Our first booking was the Royal Albert Hall in London where I personally collected 7000 tickets from the hall, took them back to the office and arranged to allocation of tickets from postal applications. That was before the days of computer ticketing and online sales!
